Demolition
In addition to prepping land for building and site development, CSC has the ability to demolish any unwanted structures on your property, which includes any structure ranging from single family homes to apartment and office buildings.
CSC will obtain the required permits and insurances, provide the required equipment and demolition services, remove debris from the worksite, grade lot leaving no voids, seed and straw disturbed areas and install silt fencing per customer specifications.
For small buildings, such as houses, that are only two or three stories high, demolition is a simple process. The building is pulled down either manually or mechanically using large hydraulic equipment: elevated work platforms, cranes, excavators or bulldozers. Larger buildings may require the use of rotational hydraulic shears and silenced rock-breakers attached to excavators to cut or break through wood, steel, and concrete.
